Brief Itinerary:

Sunday:

Arrive in San Jose del Cabo and transfer to the pueblo magico of Todos Santos. We'll have our welcome dinner and trip briefing at the famed Hotel California.

Monday:

We get the day off to a gentle start with a yoga class with Janice at Los Colibris, then head to the beach for our first surf lesson with Mario. Everyone will ride the waves in the first hour - at least for a moment! After lunch at the beach we head out for horseback riding with Kaia on some of the 70 miles of pristine, undeveloped beach that define Todos Santos. We end the day at Landi's with a fabulous meal of home-style Mexican cuisine in a lovely garden setting.

Tuesday:

We stretch out our surfing muscles during a morning yoga class, then head back to the beach to improve our new surfing skills with Mario. After a delicious beach lunch we mosey back to Los Colibris for marvelous massages by our Mexican masseuses and a relaxing afternoon around the pool and hot tub. Chef Sergio at La Casita Tapas and Wine Bar will whip up a wonderful meal for us in the evening.

Wednesday:

Today we take a break from surfing for a truly incredible experience, snorkeling and playing with the sea lion pups at the permanent sea lion colony of Los Islotes in the Sea of Cortez. It's amazing! We'll have some wood-fired oven pizza around the pool at Los Colibris in the evening.

Thursday:

Another wonderful morning of yoga and surfing, then into the town of Todos Santos to explore the shops and artist galleries. We'll stay in town for a Mexican cooking class with Chef Iker at Café Brown. Great margaritas, great food, great music, great fun! Dancing known to erupt spontaneously.

Friday:

Today is our last day of surfing and Mario will help us really hone those new skills. From this day forth you'll be able to proudly wear the title of Baja Surfer Girl! After this week full of great exercise we'll wind up with one more massage from our marvelous Mexican masseuse! For our farewell dinner Todos Santos artist, sculptor and chef Michael Cope will prepare an absolutely scrumptious meal dinner for us in his sculpture garden. Divine!

Saturday:

Today you say adios to Todos Santos and all the new friends you've made - your fellow surfers as well as Janice, Mario, Kaia, Iker and many others. Buen Viaje!

	Sergio Jáuregui
	Sergio, originally from Mexico City, is the owner of Todos Santos Eco Adventures and has been a guide in Baja for over 15 years. He is an expert in the flora and fauna of the peninsula, and has lead adventures from the peaks of the Sierras to the beaches of the Pacific. When not out sharing his passion for his country, he can often be found playing soccer with the local kids or “surf kayaking” the waves near his home. Sergio is a certified Wilderness First Responder.
	Mario Becerril
	Mario has been surfing at Los Cerritos Beach since he took his first surf lesson there at the age of 16, and he's been introducing others to the joy of surfing at Los Cerritos for the last 10 years. He guarantees that beginners will ride the waves in the first hour of instruction if they just follow the MIST: Mario's Infallible Surfing Technique! 	Mauricio Duran
	Mauricio, from Mexico City, has been a guide in Baja for almost 10 years now. He is famous in the region for his warm, sunny personality as well as his deep enthusiasm for the unique landscape of the area. Mauricio is incredibly knowledgeable about the plants and wildlife of the region, and loves sharing his expertise. When not guiding, Maurcio can be found working with local kids at the boxing ring or riding the waves at one of Todos Santos world-class surf breaks. Mauricio is a certified Wilderness First Responder.
	Janice Kinne
	Janice has been living in Todos Santos since 1996 and has been teaching yoga to athletes of all disciplines for almost as long. Her style of yoga is hatha flow, and her morning yoga classes at the Baja Surf Camp for Women focus on loosening up/stretching out all the muscles for the surfing lesson ahead, then getting the mind and body focused on the balance and flexibility it will need for surfing. When not teaching yoga Janice often can be found running – she's a marathoner – or riding her horse along the beaches of Todos Santos. Please see our BLOG for more information on Janice's background.
	Kaia Thomson
	Kaia was running a 55-acre ranch in California with 60 horses where she had trained 12 Gymkhana champions and 14 rodeo queens when she decided to up and move to Todos Santos. She now runs a terrific riding school in Todos Santos and loves to share the joys of riding in her new home with the women of the Baja Surf Camp. In addition to her many accomplishments on horseback, Kaia is also a noted naturalist and photographer, so a ride with her through the desert and beaches of Todos Santos is a great introduction to the fantastic flora and fauna of the Baja peninsula. Our accommodations during the Baja Surf Camp for Women will be lovely Los Colibris Casitas. Each casa and casita at Los Colibris has magnificent views of the Pacific ocean, a freshwater estuary and a palm grove oasis to the front, and the Sierra de la Laguna mountains to the side and back. From your casa you can watch the fishermen cast their nets on the beach in the early morning light, wait for the green flash of a magnificent Baja sunset in the late afternoon, and enjoy the vast expanse of a star-filled sky at night. Los Colibris is just a 10-minute walk to 70 miles of pristine, virtually empty beach, and a 5-minute drive to the delightful restaurants, artists' galleries and shops of Todos Santos.

Casa Colibris

Casa Colibris has 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms, a large eat-in kitchen with all amenities, roof-top terrace, and a wide veranda. Each bedroom has its own private balcony or porch, full bathroom, beach towels, hairdryer, safe, ceiling fan, iPod player/charger, CD player and selection of CDs. Magnificent views of the ocean, lagoon and palm oasis from every room.

Casa Colina
Casa Colina features 2 beautiful, spacious bedrooms, each with a balcony or porch, ceiling fan, hair dryer, alarm clock, beach towels and full bath. There is a full kitchen with all amenities and dining tables and chairs for both inside and outside dining. There is an iPod player/charger, and a CD player with a good selection of CDs. Magnificent ocean and lagoon views from every room.

La Chucha Casita
La Chucha has a beautiful spacious bedroom with full bath, private roof-top terrace and veranda, ceiling fan, beach towels, hair dryer, iPod player/charger, CD player and selection of CDs. Dining areas ensuite, on front patio and on the roof-top terrace. Magnificent ocean, lagoon and palm oasis views from every point.

Mr. Bing's Place
Mr. Bing's is a charming, cozy casita that features a colorful bedroom with palapa roof, ceiling fan, iPod player/charger/alarm clock, hair dryer, beach towels, and a spacious dining/living area with kitchenette. It has a large patio with absolutely stunning views of ocean, lagoon and palm oasis.

"The Baja Surf Camp for Women was our best mother-daughter getaway to date! While word spread that our home city of Boston was getting hit by a premature Halloween snowstorm, my mother and I arrived in the charming town of Todos Santos, Mexico.
